At a major international digital platform (8M+ users, 400+ brand partners), he drove a DORA Elite transformation — taking the engineering organisation from monthly releases to 20+ daily production deployments with zero P1 incidents. He owned P1/P2 incident command as final escalation authority, achieving MTTR under 15 minutes. He also evangelised Enterprise AI and Copilot practices across 24 international squads, reducing time-to-market by 50%.

For 14 years at a European digital solutions provider, he served as technical authority for all infrastructure proposals — architecture design, SLA/SLO definition, ITSM process scoping, and full bid documentation across regulated government and financial services contracts. He maintained 100% audit compliance (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, GDPR, NIST, BSI IT-Grundschutz) across 14 consecutive years with zero critical findings.

Through METAFIVE ONE, he combines ADKAR and Kotter change frameworks with deep infrastructure DNA — cloud architecture, DevOps, FinOps, and observability — to ensure enterprise AI investments translate into actual behaviour change, not just licence spend. Currently completing the MIT Sloan AI Business Strategy Executive Programme (March 2026).
